Even in those moments that your heart seems to be torn apart, you feel it is hard to breathe, or that you have no more tears to cry – those moments made who you are, and there is always a way to create something amazing and beautiful from it. 

That’s why the face is crying and all its colours and that of the background are cold ones. The eyes are not needed because they are looking inward, and from the tears something new is born, something with warmth even if none was there before. To symbolize that result, the butterflies are all made in warmer colors, flying away, being freer. Freedom, yes, because knowledge about yourself and the world can free you from your oldest beliefs about yourself.
